Welcome to the

Punters Adjunct!

Punters in the club enjoy full TAB facilities with two terminals, a self service terminal and are our largest organized group.  Not only is New Zealand’s racing industry reliant on this group within the club, they also organise outings to race meetings.

Matters Arising:

Adjunct Shirts have been well received.  Nominations should have been documented for 2016/17 year.

Correspondence:  NIL

Financial Report:

Balance at 27/8/17:  $6176-30

Treasurer’s Report:

Firstly, as always, I would like to thank the current Committee for their input this year.  I personally am proud of the efforts they have put in, and the support they have given to Club Events.

Our current interim balance is $6176-30. Subs received and the cost of refreshments for today, are not included in the balance.

We continue to receive good entries in our competitions, and are always looking for new ideas for both competitions and events.

We welcome any nominations for new Committee members, to bump up the resources we have.

We had 76 members this year, and although a little down on last year, the majority renew their subs as we are one of the more proactive adjuncts when it comes to activities.

If elected, I ask for your support in what may be a more challenging year, for me personally.

Bronnie Mullany

TREASURER

Read and accepted:  Brian Stodart/ Paul Ryder

President’s Report:

I would like to apologise for my non appearance today.  Unfortunately my health is not the best at this time.

Thank you all for your attendance and your continuing support of your team and I hope that this continues for many more years.

The Committee have always had your best interests at heart.  Please let them know of things you would like done to improve our area or new ideas for competitions.

Finally, it is with regret that I am standing down as President, but I know you the adjunct members will give the new President the same support you gave me.

Thank you all.
