Seek applicants for their Operations Manager Role Full Time  

You must be able to display an exceptional range of Management Skills and have experience in the Hospitality Industry. A Pleasant personality, with a warm smile and excellent customer service skills of the highest level are essential, be able to work exceptionally well in a Team environment.

·       Commit to a high level of Customer Service with a Smile and a Welcome

·       The ability to work as part of a “Team”

·       General Manager’s Certificate

·       NZ Resident or Equivalent preferred

·       Impeccable Till & Cash Handling skills with honesty and integrity

·       Understanding of all Government Legislation

·       Knowledge of TAB and Gaming Operations preferable

·       Excellent written and oral communications

·       Able to work under pressure in busy periods

·       With at least 3-5 year’s hospitality experience preferable

 Head Chef Required

 

 

Club Mount Maunganui (Inc), located in Mount Maunganui the heart of the Sunny Bay of Plenty, have a vacancy for a talented, creative, hardworking chef.

 

The hours are approximately 40+ hours per week however, there needs to be flexibility due to increase demand and the amount of events being held at the Club.

 

The right person for the role requires;

 

- 5 + year experience

- managing staff and rosters

- food control & costings

- health & safety compliant with new legislation

- creating menus

- daily running of the kitchen, including functions

- speaking with suppliers on a regular basis

- working as part of a team

- excellent interpersonal skills
