 Head Chef Required

 

 

Club Mount Maunganui (Inc), located in Mount Maunganui the heart of the Sunny Bay of Plenty, have a vacancy for a talented, creative, hardworking chef.

 

The hours are approximately 40+ hours per week however, there needs to be flexibility due to increase demand and the amount of events being held at the Club.

 

The right person for the role requires;

 

- 5 + year experience

- managing staff and rosters

- food control & costings

- health & safety compliant with new legislation

- creating menus

- daily running of the kitchen, including functions

- speaking with suppliers on a regular basis

- working as part of a team

- excellent interpersonal skills

Sous Chef Required

We have a vacancy here at Club Mount Maunganui (Inc) for a hard working chef.

The hours are approximately 30 hours per week and may increase depending on what is happening in the club.

Do you want to work for someone who appreciates your hard efforts?

Do you want to work in a friendly team environment?

Do you have a minimum 3 years’ experience working in a busy kitchen?

Club Mount Maunganui (Inc) is in the sunny Bay of Plenty with a membership of approx 2500.   We pride ourselves on great customer service not just for our members but for everyone who uses our Club facilities.
